Landmark provides civil design and land surveying services for site planning and development for commercial, industrial and residential clients. Designs include site development, roadways, grading and drainage, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, sanitary sewage and hydrology. Land surveying includes boundary and topographical surveys and construction layout for many aspects of the civil design process.

Mark H. Driver, PE, PLS
President
Mark H. Driver is a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He possesses a Civil Engineering License in Tennessee and Land Surveying Licenses in both Tennessee and West Virginia.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying ranging from Residential to Commercial, Industrial and Governmental sectors. He is also experienced in all aspects and phases of the Construction industry. Mark has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Pellissippi State teaching Land Surveying and Autodesk Civil 3D courses. Landmark utilizes the latest software and hardware technologies. Software: Autodesk Civil 3D, Carlson and Microsoft Office. Field equipment: Leica Robotic Total Station and Geomax GPS.
Mark also has experience working with TDOT, KUB, Brasfield & Gorrie LLC and various Engineering, Development and Construction companies.
